Privacy Policy

SigningLab (“SigningLab”, “we”) provides invite-only football signing intelligence to clubs, agencies, press and partners. This policy explains what personal data we process and your rights. It is written to comply with the Brazilian LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018) and the EU GDPR.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, document id (CPF/passport) and organisation, provided when SigningLab provisions your invite-only access.
• Usage data: reports requested, credits consumed, and an audit log of access to confidential outputs (for security and anti-fraud).
• Technical data: IP, device and app version, for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To provide the service (evaluations, shortlists, signing verdicts).
• To authenticate you and secure the restricted area (including phone verification and biometric/PIN unlock on mobile).
• To issue invoices and meet legal/tax obligations.
• To communicate about your requests and account.

Legal bases: performance of a contract, legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in securing the platform.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that run the service (hosting, database, email and SMS providers) under contract, and when required by law.

Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your access is active and as required by law afterwards. Audit logs are retained for security. See account deletion below.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us.
