Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your SigningLab account and personal data at any time.

From the app (fastest)

  1. Open the SigningLab app and sign in.
  2. Go to Account → Delete account (also under Settings → Delete Account & Data).
  3. Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is anonymised.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@signinglab.com from your registered address with the subject Delete my account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name, email, phone number and login credentials are permanently removed/anonymised, and your access is revoked. Records we are required to keep for legal and accounting reasons (e.g. issued invoices) are retained in anonymised form and are no longer associated with you, in line with our Privacy Policy.
